Stage Coach 12G SxS Price

What is a fair price for Rossi 12G StageCoach SxS shotgun with external hammers. I have an offer from a friend for one in new condition for $200 but I think these shotguns are worth about $400. I just don't want to take advantage of my friend.
 
I bought mine, two years ago. It was $269. I had to pay $20 extra ($249 + $20) so my dealer could get one from another store that had one. They were in such hot demand two years ago. Used model in 100% condition can be found for around $225-$275 around here. There is a deluxe model worth about $75 more. But I have never seen a deluxe model.
 
Currently Russian Model SXS can be found for $169-$189 retail at my local gun store. I think this is probably driving prices on others down. Though there quality is not nearly the same.
