Stag single actions

How about a good ole "I'll show you mine.." thread.

I just put together a set of .45 Colt Blackhawks with Sambar stag grips. One is 4 5/8" and the other is 7 1/2".

How about seeing some more?

Fake Stag Grips

Fitz Grips was the main provider of Fake Stag grips for the Blackhawk and all colt pistols but the Super blackhawk grips are gone. Ruger and Smith Stag grips also selling cheap. Made in the 1960's but still new.

Stag grips are supposed to be a guy thing but I love them too. Have a beautiful pair on my 45 Blackhawk 4 5/8 inch Convertible. Also on the Browning Hi-Power and the Colt LW Commander 45. There is something about the feel and look of stag thats unmatched by anything else.

if you should ever decide you don't like those nasty ugly stag grips , I might be able to find a home for them on mine.
