springfield1911-a1 and lead bullets

DOES ANYONE CURRENTLY SHOOT LEAD FROM A STOCK SPRINGFIELD 1911-A1? IF SO, WHAT TYPE OF BULLETS?

200 grn Semiwadcutters. The brand is un-important to me. I load them for low velocity, just enough to make the slide function.

The only thing different from mine and stock is that I replaced the cheesey plastic panels w/ walnut.

Although I normally shot FMJ/ball ammo out of my SA (when I had one) I recall shooting some 230gr RNL as well. They worked just fine...just harder to clean the bbl.

I can't remember if they were hand or factory loaded.
