I've been kicking around the idea of replacing my Keltec PF-9 as my CCW with something a little more refined, which wasn't hard. I have nothing but good things to say about my PF-9. It did everything I expected of it. The Springfield XDS is exactly what I've been looking for in a CCW. It has a 4" barrel but has the short grip like the pf-9. The trigger is pretty good. I still need to dry fire it several more 100 times to see if it improves. I have not fired it yet (just picked it up today) so a range report will be later. Some may think that 5+1 of 45acp is not enough and that's ok. I personally am fine with it. The single stack with a 5+1 capacity is what makes the grip easier to conceal. If anybody is looking for a concealed carry gun, this might be one to consider.
