Make sure the weapon is empty with no mag inserted
pull the slide back to line up the two marks at the rear of the slide and frame on the left side. It is about a quarter of an inch.
Push the slide lock out from the right side of the weapon, remove it and slide the slide off forwards.
Remove the spring and guide rod and remove the barrel fron the rear of the slide.
