Springfield Model 67

I just inherited a Springfield Model 67 Series E, and I know nothing about it. Is there an owner manual available for it?

Greetings tsmorley, and welcome aboard,

As you are probably aware, finding literature for these old guns can be frustrating. Here's the first step, a link to an exploded diagram.

Luckily, your gun is a typical pump. Having a fixed barrel, cleaning is a little more complicated and dropping the trigger group is recommended. Check out the exploded drawing and you'll see that like modern pumps, the trigger assembly is restrained by a cross pin. With your gun, the stock is anchored to the trigger group, not the receiver. Perhaps one of the other members can help with specific assembly instructions.

Good luck
