Depending on the year, it may be a solid frame gun. Meaning that the barrel is screwed into the frame.
I tend to think that your gun may not be like that but it is possible.
I have an old Westpoint (model 167H) made by Stevens that is a solid frame gun and it's a pretty well made gun.
The 67E is very much like that gun accept the 167H has a screwed in barrel.
I did have a 67E that had a removable barrel and did a google search to learn how to dissassemble it.
It's not hard to do but be advised that there are some small springs and parts that have to be oriented right for reassembly if you go as far to dissassemble the trigger group.
There is a pin that goes through the receiver that is drifted out and that will drop the trigger housing subassembly and then you can gain access to the bolt and carrier .
I remember that it was a bit tricky to get the bolt assembly out and would advise those who aren't familiar with doing so to try and google up an owners manual or parts diagram to be able to see how the parts are oriented before doing so.
As far as the gun goes, some folks liked them and some folks loathed them.
They did not really gain the popularity of the Remington or Mossberg pumps.
That does not make it a bad gun and it should be reliable for hunting or home defense.
