Springfield Loaded: Armory Kote a durable finish?

Hi folks. My next purchase is going to be the Springfield Loaded. I really like the looks of both the Parkerized and green Armory Kote finishes. My question is how durable is the Armory Kote finish? It looks great but what about its corrosion resistence?

If any of you have experience with this, I would appreciate hearing about it.

My Springfield TRP has the standard (black) "armory kote" finish. Thus far -- I have carried it for only a year -- it seems to be VERY durable, absolutely anti-corrosive, and have good lubricity. I am extraordinarily pleased with "armory kote".
