Springfield Gear Up and Go Promotion Status updates???

Hey guys, anyone else partake in the Springfield Gear Up and Go Promotion? I know that it says up to 8 weeks... but I am getting itchy for my new mags :) How long did yours take? I am at about 7 weeks... anyone know if you can check the status of that promotion/rebate ?

I submitted the form online about a week or so before Christmas and I got an email today confirming my "order" and saying it would be 8-12 weeks before delivery. I wonder if some of the long wait is them double checking with the gun store.

But it's free stuff, so slow is just fine with me.
 
Mine took 10 days.

On the 10th day of the wait period I went to go pick up my pistol and when I got home my freebies were on the porch. Couldn't have timed it better.
 
I submitted the rebate online on December 15 and received the confirmation on the 21st. 6 - 10 weeks of waiting to go.
 
I wonder if part of my problem is that I did it by mail while I waited for my "FBI double check at the store to make sure he can still buy guns" check... Scheels offered to mail it if I wanted to fill it out while I waited. I will give Springfield a call and see if they can let me know if it was even submitted. If it wasn't, then I'll just do it online before the 1/31 deadline... and then call Scheels and holler at them.
 
WOW! Don't submit it by mail. I coincidentally got an email today saying that my Gear Up and Go Promotion has been received and approved, please allow for 8-12 weeks for delivery. Clock Starts now, OUCH!
 
I've done two with SA over the last couple of years. The first one took seven days, the second took ten to get.

Colt and Remington are another matter, though. Ten weeks for Colt so far and nothing. Eight weeks for Remington and nothing.
 
Springfield Gear Up promotion status

I am so disappointed in Springfield Armory on their Gear Up promotion. I Bought a XD Mod 2 45 ACP mid December 2015 and sent the form in right away.It has now been 13 weeks and I have not heard anything and I'm told by their Customer Service that they were swamped and trying their best to process. When I share my concern that my application might have been lost and wanted to know if they would honor the promotion they quite responding back to me. I think I have bought the last Springfield product, I would have never bought the pistol right before Christmas if it had not been for the promotion!
