Springfield Armory Trophy Match

I am impressed with the SA 1911s recently. Does anyone have any opinion if the Trophy Match is worth the extra money compared to the $550 1911? It costs almost twice as much. Thanks.

I have a tropy match that will shoot through the same hole it 25yds.it will feed anything,fine trigger pull.I figure you get what you pay for.

I bought the Kimber Gold Match at the same time my friend bought his Springfield Trophy Match. I shoot my Kimber faily well but when I shoot his Trophy Match I feel like a professional competitor. This pistol must shoot 1" groups at 25 yards. I keep offering to trade but he continuously declines. Get the Trophy Match!
 
I agree,definately get the Trophy Match-it probably is the best overall deal in the Springfield lineup,in fact,one of the best deals in a 1911 period.
