Springfield 1991a1

RANDY, GO FOR THE SPRINGFIELD. I AHVE SEVERAL OTHER 45'S AND THE SPRINGFIELD IS MY FAVORITE BY FAR. ONE WORD OF WISDOM, ERASE THE WORD KIMBER FROM YOUR MIND.
 
I'm real curious 45ACP, do you own a Kimber? What leads you to advise Randy to erase Kimber from his mind?

I'm not trying to engage in a flame war, but I'm really curious...as are many other happy Kimber owners.

If your wanting a 1911-A1... You should be happy with that trade.

1991-A1 I think are Colts or something else...

I am very pleased with my 1991a1 colt. It is great (It doesn't like colt mags at all though :)) Shoots nicely, and never has malfunctioned, ever.
I have replaced the trigger and slide stop, and have been debating on an ed brown barrel, but it's a very nice gun.
 
Don't know if you are talking about a Springfield 1911A1 or a Colt 1991A1...I vote yes for the Springfield, but no for the 1991A1. Or you could avoid the rest and go with the best...trade for a Kimber Classic Custom.
