Well I finally was able to "fix" a mistake I made many years ago.....I had a Springfield 1911 Armory Kote OD Green, it was my first 1911 and for some reason I really did not shoot it well (found out later it was all me not the gun). I sold it off locally and did not think about it for over 15 years. The other day I was looking at springers online and there was a OD Green Loaded Operator and it reminded me of my old gun minus the rail. It got me thinking and I began looking around online and after a few weeks of searching one popped up on an auction site the next state over, luckily I won it. I am glad I was able to "fix" this stupid mistake and cant wait for it to arrive. The stupid things we do....
