That's a beautiful Colt!!
Y'all are killin' me with all these beautiful Colts lately.
I can't find any Colt snakes in my area!

Nice. Very nice.
Is that a factory bright stainless or did you do the polishing yourself.
If you did it, that's a great job!

Its not a factory high polish. You can tell because the hammer and trigger aren't high gloss. I didn't do it. The guy I got it from did. He used Flitz.

It odd, but around here you can go months and months and not see any King Cobras for sale, and then all of a sudden 3 or 4 will show up. The ones I've seen have all been safe queens. I'd take a KC over a Python any day. You just can't bust one. They digest a steady diet of magnums, and just keep on ticking.

the hammer and the trigger? i couldnt tell because i was blinded by the light coming off the rest of it. gonna have to stop flipping through these revolver pics lately i might lose my eye sight. there that takes care of it.

I'm a life long S&W guy, but I do like King Cobras. I actually like them better than 686's, and a 686 is a fantastic revolver.

Very nice. That he did it with just Flitz is amazing... that he didn't do anything with the hammer and trigger is... equally amazing.

KC's are already pretty shiny, so it's really not as hard as you might think, to get a high gloss finish. I've done a few stainless S&W's myself by just sitting in front of the TV with a old sock and Mother's Mag Wheel Polish. Not quite a mirror finish, but pretty close.

Love it. I AM a Colt guy. Mine is factory Ultimate Bright Stainless. A thing to behold anywhere and a thing to be feared on the firing line. Mine frequently outshoots some VERY fancy competetors.

Every single King Cobra I have ever fired has had an absolutely perfect single action trigger break. Makes for some nice paper punching.
