Hi, i have a Colt trooper, original version, not Mk III. Does anyone know which HKS speedloader will work with it?

Before I could get a second to answer, he'd already given the same answer I would have.
As an aside, I prefer the HKS brand myself, but there are some other good ones, or were, before they were discontinued. If you locate any speed loaders marked for Official Police, Officers Model, Colt .357, or (doubtful) Marshal, these all shared same diameter cylinder with the Python and Trooper.
