Speed loader holders

So my friends - I bought a nice SW Model 19 a few months ago and it is time for it to go to an IDPA match. I have some crappy old speed loader holders with snaps but feh! Who makes nice ones for IDPA.

Thanks!

I have speed loader holders for my K frame guns made by Ready Tatical. I don't believe he sells straight to the public any longer but this guy http://www.cpwsa.com/ carries his stuff. A friend of mine just ordered a couple of revolver holsters and speed loader holders from him a couple of weeks ago. He had them in stock so shipping was quick.

I also have some holders made by this fellow http://www.lefthandholster.com/ for my L frame gun. Alan now has some help in his shop and I believe these are designed and made by him. He has two styles to choose from. One is made similar to the Ready Tatical holders with two "flaps" that overlap (self tensioning) the speed loader. The other style have a screw adjustment for tension. Alan doesn't have these listed on his website but calling and discussing what you need is best anyhow.

I had a difficult time locating holders when I started shooting SSR in IDPA also. It seems lots of people make holsters and mag holders for semi autos but finding revolver accessories is tough. I hope this helps.

look into safarilands speedloader holders. I bought 6 of the metal clips that go on the belt and they are awesome.

If you are going to compete in IDPA all the time, then I would recommend a kydex holster. Use the Safariland comp III speed loaders also. BladeTech makes a good holster and speed loader pouches.
