Was visiting one of my favored LGS's today and the owner had just sold a new henry in 45-70. That caliber seems to be experiencing something of a renaissance and is boosting lever gun sales I bet--I know more and more "modern" hunters are switching to it. It was the all-metal (non brass side) version with the peep rear and post front. The customer thought it wasn't all that great and was making noise about replacing it--he let me hold and sight through it and I thought it was FANTASTIC for a stock site system. : )
