Spanish Mauser wobbly bolt?

I was at the local gun shop and he has a Spanich Mauser. It looked like it was in pretty good shape, but when I opened the bolt it seemed like it wobbled in in the receiver is this normal?

The later Mauser 98 has a rib running most of the length of the bolt that slides in a matching groove in the receiver bridge. It was designed to allieviate some of that wobble. I think that some of the later Model 95 Mausers also had this feature, but I can't pull that out of my memory right now.

The Winchester Pre 64 Model 70 has a raised portion of the bolt that rides on the left rail to do the same.

The later Winchester push feeds and the Classic Model 70s have a groove cut in the right (lower) locking lug that the right side rail rides in to, yep, get rid of some slop. It is a very good design.

The full diameter bolt bodied rifles like the Weatherby Mk V use the diameter of the bolt to help control the wobble.
