Except for those like the one pictured in the OP which were made in Spain.

Probably made by Echave, Arizmendi y Cia in the post WW II period. Though the MAB name appears on the grips and slide, this is a simple blowback operated pistol similar to, but not an exact copy of the French MAB.
You polished the hard anodizing off the feed ramp! Now it's bare aluminum!
The feed ramp had nothing to do with your misfeeds, BTW. That's a magazine problem.
Your grip screws are dragging on the magazine-that's why it's hard to insert/remove.
