SP 101 Front Sight Options

Hey all, what are my options for exchanging the front sight on my SP 101? I saw a pretty cool lookin green plastic insert in the latest "American Handgunner" from C-More, but it ain't listed on their web page. Someone mentioned a tritium front replacement, but I can't find the link. Also, I am havin a hard time finding a punch small enough to drift out the retaining pin. Currently, I am using some Bright Sight paint. Thanks.

Thanks fellas, both sound like great options, especially the Trij @ 35.00!! I am talking with Hi Viz trying to adapt a SW front sight, they are on the fence about mass production, and need some feed back. I love the large fiberoptic front sight. Tru Glo is unresponsive to the handgun market, so they are out of the question. Anyone know where to get a pin punch small enough to drift the front?

Got my Trijicon from Midway USA for around $35. You will have to drill a hole through the sight for the roll pin. No biggie, instructions included.

101 sight

I put the trijicon front on mine. Because I have aging eyes (50) I went to Rite Aid and got the cheapest, brightest orange nail polish I could find. I think it was a buck. I applied all around the sight, except for the tritium dot. Now I have a bright easy to see daylight sight that glows in the dark. Also very few people wear orange........green is a little more common.
