Source for pimp grips?

Just checked Cheaper than Dirt and see none. Remember the old plastic imitation stag grips that EVERY gun shop had? That kind. They looked neat and they fit well.
Also they were uniform in that they didn't feel like some real stag grips where one side is thicker than the other.

Anyone know where to get these awful (but neat an cheap lookin) things?

www.ajaxgrips.com

I THINK that's their website.

Stag, imitation ivory, wood, etc.

I'm going to get a set of the imitation ivory ones for my 4" Model 28 S&W.

Beware the man with the S&W .357 Mag.
Chances are he knows how to use it.

You don't say what type of gun you need them for. Numrich Parts has them in their Catalog for Colt revolvers...don't know if they've got them for S&W. Very reasonible priced for plastic. Stag horn is better.

What kind of handgun do you want them for? When I bought my M1911, it came with some of the ugliest imitation stag grips I had ever seen - my Dad, on seeing them, asked: "What pimp did you buy that gun from?"

I kept them for the amusement of my friends. The M1911 now sports a set of "double diamond" walnut grips, as any self-respecting US Property M1911 should.

Sorry guys, nothing beats a fine set of REAL Stag Grips! IMHO. If your looking for the real deal, try eagle grips. I think they are thinner than Ajax grips. I have them on my Stainless Colt Government Model. Outstanding! Everyone comments on how good they look when I bring it to the range.
