Source for 92F mags?

Anyone know a source for quality 92F regular capacity mags (as opposed to the neutered 10 rounders)? I've seen a couple people online with new mags . . . but they wanted a couple hundred for them!

Supply & demand :( The "pre-ban" standard capacity mags have pretty much found good homes. Finding ones for sale isn't too difficult, it's finding a price you're willing to pay that is.
Try the berettaforum.net

Buzz: I got aftermarket Ber 92 mags from Cheaper Than Dirt for about $13 each. They are marked "15 rounds", but hold 16 or 17 rounds. They aren't as pretty as Beretta factory mags, but I've shot about 8000 rounds with them and they work fine.

Try www.clipsNstuff.com Wonderful people to deal with and their descriptions of used mags are 100% accurate. Very nice people, highly recommend.
Another excellent source is www.cdnninvestments.com Prices are a little lower than ClipsNStuff. Selection is usually very good.
Third place is to check the Buy & Sell Accessories Forum regularly. Can usually find fair prices there as well.

I've seen 92 mags for around $40/ea for used Beretta mags in excellent shape several times in recent weeks. I already have six for my gun, so I didn't think I needed any more mags. :)

CDNN has Asian Military surplus mags for $35 or so. DSA has Beretta 92 south african mags for $30.00.

A trick I've heard works with Ruger 9mm: Buy a USA brand magazine. Replace everything but the magazine body with factory parts (follower, floorplate, spring). Works really well on Ruger 9mms, according to the buzz. YMMV.

I wouldn't put anything made by USA Mags in my gun. The magazine body, especially the feed lips, are one of the most critical areas in a magazine.

I don't have my copy of shotgun news on hand, but I know the asian military imports of the 92fs hicaps are $28.99.

The Asian military mags sometimes have too wide a gap between the lips. Test by loading a few rounds and pulling up on the nose of the top round. If you can pull it out, bend the lips in with a pair of needle nose pliers. I have several of these mags, and they work fine after fixing, and don't seem to spread back with use. Even so, I would never use these mags in a critical application, but they are great for range use.

Also, these mags hold 12 rounds of .40S&W and work fine in a Beretta 96.
