Sotomayor vs Disney (FLA ISSUE)

Almost perfect except that he states CCW as not a full fledged right. IIRC Florida doesn't have open carry, so CC is the only way to exercise one's right to bear, so it is therefore a fundamental right- otherwise it's like freedom of speech with the restriction of not being able to use words containing the letters T and E.
