C CZ_ New member Aug 14, 2001 #2 Wrong forum This should be in the revolver forum, not semi-auto forum. I voted "60 new model" BTW.
M Marko Kloos Inactive Aug 14, 2001 #3 For looks, I'd pick a 60 "old style". For functionality, I voted for the 640. Hard to beat a Centennial for useability in a snubbie.

J Jim V New member Aug 14, 2001 #8 Square butt M-36, vapor blasted and electroless nickled. Ya ever see a square butt M-60? It ain't a snubbie, but the 4" .22 kit Gun was a winner too.

A Ala Dan Member in memoriam Aug 14, 2001 #10 I voted for the S&W model 60 (old model) in .38 Special, cuz it's the handgun that started the stainless steel craze; and beside's mine is a vintage 1965 model. I often times still carry this piece as a CCW. Very best, Ala Dan, Life Member N.R.A. MOLON LABE!!!

C Cat New member Aug 15, 2001 #14 I have to agree with weldonjr2001. I have only owned a few, but my favorite is my 940.
B BigG New member Aug 15, 2001 #16 Weldon is pretty close to right, in my opinion. I like the lighter weight models, though. Titanium rules!
