Sorry Mayor Bloomberg !!

Well, if the City of New York continues to make illegal "straw man" purchases, they will eventually find a local court which WILL prosecute the buyers, and the City. The Federal Courts will then become involved at the appelate level, and the final determination could be more than interesting. If upheld, any city could send people into another state, have them perform illegal acts, and they would be shielded from prosecution by the decision. Now, wouldn't that be fun?:D
 
I find it funny trhat we assoiciate the term "Dealer" with shop owners who sell guns. Like drug dealers it has an ominous ring. Maybe we should call them fire-arm or self defence mechanism merchants or somthing more PC since that is what the world wants nowadays. :rolleyes:
