Well, I guess since Islam has its radicals, us Christians have to have some radical folk too... I'd think dishonoring the dead would probably just make you look all the worse and turn people away from your cause though.
I kind of find the whole Southern Poverty Law Center bit a little funny... Last I knew, they were an anti-religeon/anti-conservative/anti-(anything leaning towards the right) group, as well as the US's most profitable non-profit organization (I don't have it on hand, but I read an article on their finances -- it scared me to see how much $$$ went in, and how few $$$ came out)...

A funeral for a fallen soldier is no place to make a moral statement. Thats something you do in front of the White House, not while a family is saying goodbye to loved one.

I'm close to the point of being
rabidly against the war..but to dishonor someone who gave their life for this country is just sick. I get a strange feeling when ever someone starts claiming to have God on their side... I wish we could pack up that nutty preacher and his followers and send them to Iran or someplace.... now that would be fun. But this is America and one of our rights it seems it to not only be an idiot but also be allowed to let millions know it.

Just so we are clear on this... I am no relation. I think it is beyond sick that anyone would actually protest at a funeral... especially over something like this. I'm glad to see there are people out there willing to take a stand against these people.

Actually im not very disgusted at all because this story does have it's silver lining. Those bikers deserve the nobell peace prize for restraning themselves from kicking those idiots butts.
