We have a criminal jury system which is superior to any in the world;
and its efficiency is only marred by the difficulty of finding twelve men
every day who don't know anything and can't read.

Rusty, Pick up a copy of the ShotGun News or the Gun List. SOG and a lot of others advertise their wares in them. ;) Also you must have a FFl or a C&R liscense to buy from them through the mail,unless you get you local gun shop guy to do it for you :)
They usually will if you are a regular customer :)
Hope this helps :)

Happy Shooting :)

Had done business twice with SOG. They are a SIG Specialist. I am very happy with their services. SOG ships on time and only charges your credit card after they ship. Highly recommended.

Lots of different Maks around. Check out www.makarov.com (the oracle for Makniks). A good source for new unissued military/police Bulgarian Maks is Greg Monte at www.jcarmory.com Greg sells them for $147 delivered to your FFL.

Tecolote,
I have been hearing how great Maks are and I am thinking of getting one. I have heard the military/police Bulgarian Maks are better than the commerical Bulgarian Maks. Do you or anyone else know if this is true? I can't remember where I read this.

I'm not a Mak expert, just a Maknik, but in my opinion the differences are more cosmetic. The Bulgie military/police Maks have a really nice deep blue finish, an after a hundred rounds or so they get really smooth. The commercial Bulgies have a rougher finish. Also they now come with squared trigger guards. There's lots of information over at www.makarov.com

If you want an unissued Bulgie move quickly, a lot of places are running out of them. I'm pretty sure www.jcarmory.com still has some left and Greg is a real class act.

Tecolote,
Alright you convinced me, I can't live without one. My wife is going to kill me, this will be the tenth gun in the last six months.
