Snub nose organizer

Help me. I am trying to get my safe organized for once. Got the rifle rods on the rifle side so I'm good to go there. Got hyskore modular pistol racks for most of my handguns. My problem is what to do with my 4 snubbies. They don't fit in the racks very well. Any and all ideas are welcome. Only thing I can come up with is stacking them in the original boxes and I don't want to do that. Thanks for your time.

Take a look at ManAboutRacks.com. He's got lots of stuff and if he doesn't already make something for snubbies, I bet he can customize something for you.

4 snubbies, 1 in the truck, one in the car, 1 in the bed room and 1 in the living room, 1 in my pocket. Uh oh, that's 5 ain't it.

When I ran out of room on my shelves, I got some cheap nylon holsters and stuck them to the inside of my safe door with rare earth magnets.

I have a small 5-gun cabinet, about the size of a large locker, in my closet that I wanted to hang some handguns in. Like you were thinking of doing, I had them originally in the boxes. Took up too much room and made it a hassle to get to them. The walls were bare metal, so I was looking for a magnetic solution.

I ended up buying some "Lockdown" handgun hangers, and they worked great. The magnets are super strong and there is no slippage at all. The also come with optional vampire clips for carpeted walls/doors. I can't comment on how the vampire clips work, as I have no carpeting, but the magnets are awesome.

Here is a picture of three of the guns in those magnetic hangers. Top is a 4" SP101, next is a Bersa UC9 and the bottom is a 6" Taurus 357.

They do sell many products like this. I see lockdown had a full organizer the offer for larger safes that also has the magnets/vampire clips (link). There are also a lot of velcro based hangers that you could stick to the carpeted walls of your safe as well. These might work (link).

You're carrying one, of course. (Right? :-) ).

No rack you buy will be very efficient with space since they are a one size fits all solution.

I found it was best to make my own. I put some foam in there from a computer box, then made dividers with some foam board. Each slot is custom made for each firearm. It lets me really stuff them in. I even cut space for extra mags for my bottom feeders.

I lined the back and sides with selfvstick indoor/outdoor carpet. I lean them along the back . fits 3 more on a shelf.

637, Bulldog, and Custom shop 3" 624. They look nice when I open the safe. I usually carry the 637.

Ain't pretty but nobody sees it anyway.

I made handgun racks for the safes out of 1x1/2" and wooden dowels with peel and stick padded insulation strips.

I am far too cheap and lazy for any of those solutions. These Rubbermaid dish drainers were a couple of bucks at Lowes.
