smith & wesson shotgun scope

1.5-6 x 38 Has anybody tried this scope or have any opinions on smith & wesson scopes in general? how do they compare to the other manufacturers. I can get one for $100 but I didnt even know s&w made scopes and dont want to invest in junk.
 
after alot of searching I found out smith & wesson introduced the scope line in feb 2003 and started liquidating it 1 year later march 2004 . no wonder I never heard of it! scope listed at $389 and still does on some sites.
I bought it for $100 and I hope I didnt make a mistake :confused:
