Ok, seems I found out why my brand spankin new blue book did not list the 3910. Went out to look at it and low and behold it was a 3904, in pristine condition I might add. I would be amazed if this gun were ever fired. Is of blue steel variety, with what looks like some kind of alloy frame, very ergonomic, and had a price of only $300. so it now resides in my safe. Never have liked Smith autos, but for the money I will try anything once. From what I can tell it was made between 1989 and 1991 (considering thats what the blue books said were the dates of manufacture) looks brand new. Any one have any experience with this model? Is it good, or should I sell it now before I shoot the hell out of it?
