Not a Model 10.
CTG is an abbreviation for cartridge, not a part of any model designator.
It is a K-frame of the Military & Police family that preceded the Model 10 designation.

If you have the gun in the picture then it's a pre war .38 Military & Police. Hard to tell from the small picture which version it is. Almost looks like a 1st model. Current model 10 grips may not fit.

I'm unclear about something. Is that YOUR gun in the picture, or are you seeking grips that LOOK like the ones in the picture?

The gun pictured by the OP appears to be a S&W model 1899, first model M&P. Its a round butt gun, without the ejector rod lock tab judging by the pic. I'd love to find one of those. I think the OP posted this gun because it looks like the one he needs help with. The gun pictured needs NOTHING except love.

:)The pictured gun was manufactured prior to the use of model numbers, which took place approximately in 1957. There would be no model number nor dash number because they didn't exist yet. That is, if that is his gun? Most round butt K Frame grips should fit, originals now will be hard to find, perhaps E-Bay. Other wise the world is awash in S&W grips:)
