$479. Plus tax... So $519. A bargain for this pistol IMO. It is like brand new. Gonna shoot it later today!

I GOOD deal indeed! It seems like I never run across deals like that when I have cash to spend. Usually I see a great deal right after I've spent my money on a car repair or something. Congrats!

Yeah, I learned that leaving to go to the bank is a bad idea. I keep my gun purchases strictly cash, so I fill my wallet with what I'm willing to spend and THEN go looking. That little stack of hundreds gets you a better deal... And in my state, having my CHL simplifies the transaction for them. Thanks, Y'all... It is a gem!
 
Making me envious here, all my local pawn shops carry is garbage at python prices. Outstanding find man.
 
I lucked into 2 M-66's, a 4" bought about 6 yrs. ago for $325, & 2 yrs ago I bought a 6" in the box. The seller wanted what he paid for it.
I gave up the $350 real fast.
I suppose I should shoot the 6" as I yet to fire it.
The seller shot 100 rnds of .38 spl. though it.
You will love your 66, I'm believe you already do.:D
