smith and ruger hogue grips the same?

i have a n frame smith that wears hogue rubber finger groove grips on it. i love the grip, and trigger reach, and was thinking of getting a pair for my redhawk. are they compatable as far as size, shape and trigger reach? i only ask because the grips are different on the two guns. does anyone have both a redhawk and a n-frame wearing hogue grips

Nope don't have an n frame, but all my rugers wear hogues or nothing at all.

IIRC, your Redhawk has a traditional grip-frame, rather than the 'stud' type of the GP/SH series. It should be very similar in fit, though I don't have one of each to compare for you, either.
