Smallest MOA of a reflex / red dot sight

With time technology gets better. Question to this august group is what's the smallest MOA of a high quality reflex (red or green dot) sight available today?

I saw one recently that was advertised as 1moa. I don't remember who was selling/making it. IMO, it's too small for what it was intended to do in the first place. I put a BurrisFF3 on a Winchester 1886 in 45-70 and it had a 3moa dot on it. That was not too big by any means. I could still manage to shoot groups under 2" (five shots) at a measured 114 yards. I don't know that any scope could have done better than that. If you need something smaller and want it to glow, get a lighted reticle scope.
