Slug Guns Which one?

Hi,
I am currently using a 210 Savidge bolt which shoots real well(as well as this guy can hold it) but it really comes back at me. I guess I'm not really happy
with recoil as I get more "mature" Is it time to tame this one down with a trip to magnaport or get a different gun. I hate buying new guns, don't make me do it!!! Yea right!

You could get a better recoil bad installed on the shotgun, and then there are also recoil pads that strap to your shoulder.

There are also mercury recoil reducers, or more weight could be added to the shotgun.

Do you have any friends that reload? It might be possible to have them load up low recoil slugs for you.
 
TRy a limbsaver recoil pad & a mercury tube in the stock or make a lead tube. Get a tube the right size & length and fill it with 7 or smaller shot
 
I use a Rem 1187 with a fully rifles slug barrel. Easy on the shoulder and deadly accurate to 100 yards and beyond. The only thing I use my 1187 for is Deer gun season.
