Sling Keepers for 1 1/4" Black Cotton GI Web Slilng

Picked up this sling the other day from creedmoorsports & I must say I think I'm really gonna like it for prone & sitting. Anyway, anyone know where I could get a set of sling keepers to tie up that bottom half of the sling--it's 19" long & kinda floppy hangin' down there since I ran the clasp (as recomended) within a couple inches of the front swivel. Turner Saddlery makes a set of leather ones, but I'm thinkin' they might be a bit loose--maybe not though. Thanx.
 
I'm a CMP GSM Master Instructor, I put on CMP GSM Clinics and instruct both in the leather and web sling.

I can't see how you would use a sling keeper on with the Web Sling.

The Loop end should be on the bottom or stock portion of the rifle, the sliding keeper should be on the forearm. In using the sling the loop end is removed from the rifle and placed high on the upper arm of your support arm.

As pressure is applied, it should tighten up. You pull the loose end of the sling to tighten it, locking it down with the metal keeper.

Hard to explain, this you tube video shows how its done. Adding extra keepers to either the leather or web sling is not authorized in CMP Matches.

Thanks kraigwy. I'll for sure check out the video. Either way I'm really lookin' frwd to shootin' w. this GI sling. I've practiced a bit holdin' steady w.o. ammo in my home & it's gonna he'p out quite a bit.
