SKS w/ detacheable mag-problem.

I don't actually have one right now. I HAD one several years ago..got the detacheable mag adapter and a bunch of mags..problem: After maybe two or three shots fired the mag would pop out. I traded it in on a MAK90 which I loved. now I can just about get an AK or I could definatly get a SKS but don't want to go thru ejecting the mags again. Any thoughts?

I went threw this ordeal with my SKS I settled on keep the fixed 10rd mag. I really did not have good luck with any Steel mags. They all jammed. I prefer my SKS the way it came.
