SKS shoots right

I have a new Chicom SKS that I shot for the first time. It shot a couple of inches to the right. How do I adjust it?

You'll need a front sight adjustment tool. I guess about $7 at shows or from suppliers. This has a pusher for windage adjustment. Remember the old rule "front opposite, rear same" and you'll be on target in notime.

Two of my SKS rifles also shoot to one side. I have the adjustment tool, and it works fine, but it bugs me to see that front sight so far out off center in the circle, so I think I'm going to look for a windage adjustable rear sight. I think there are a couple of these available (a cheaper plastic one, and a larger, more expensive, metal one). I've never seen or tried these.
