What effect has the Peoples Republic of California ban on SKS rifles had on prices?

I was told that a year ago they cost $150-$200.

And a couple of years before that they cost 80-120.

I got my 1st one in '93 and I believe I paid 115 dollars for it and that was unissued still in a packing crate with about a dozen others just in from southeast asia

The Chi-com SKS are still less than $250 here in Los Angeles, CA. The Romanian SKS is also $200 at Turners. Nothing has change. "The more things change the more they remain the same". -Snake.
