Sks front sight tool

Can anyone direct me to a good front sight tool that will adjust the windage and elevation on my Yugo sks

Midway USA has some front sight tools. I don't know if it is what you are looking for though.

I put my Russian SKS through a lot of work, and the NcStar works every time to tune it up.

Friend of mine removed his front site w/ stout needle nose. Proceeded to find a pice of pipe that would fit through hole in hoad (thicker wall the better)! Wrapped site (off of gun) in tin foil. Centered and held site in hole of pipe and casted epoxy (JB weld) on interior of pipe to match the key size on the site.

Hope this helps! JB is some pretty tough stuff, somebody else might know something better?
