Does anyone know if there is a skeletonized trigger available for Savage rifles? If not, does anyody know how to skeletonized a trigger, either a Timney or a Rifle Basix?

Much appreciated,

Google is your friend ;)

To skeletonize your trigger:
Invite a buddy or two over
have a couple beers & get out the cutting torch.
After you're out of the hospital, try a drill press
After you're out of the hospital, have a couple beers.
Check the internet.

I'm sure there's one out there. Better question is why do you want a skeletonized trigger? They add literally nothing in terms of function to any weapon (and on pistols they add the potential for snagging). They just kinda look cool.

Maybe he's cutting every ounce of weight possible :D I do think they look kinda cool though. Any competent machine shop should be able to do that kind of metal work though as long as you give them enough specifications.

I'd still put a shoe on it.. and google might be your friend, friend.;)

I've shot numerous weapons, rifles, machineguns, pistols,Howitzters, shotguns, grenade launchers,,,, none of which ever needed or had a skeletonized trigger,,,,,,... and really now that I have gave it very considerable thought, who might soever need a skeletonized trigger is an I quote a girlyman,,, really???? a skeletonized,,,, and google is my,,,,,shut up.....

Personally I don't like skeletonized triggers, but that's what my customer wants to that's what's getting done. Its really only there for looks.
