SKB

My experience with SKB has been positive.

They have been in business for a long time and have made guns for Ithaca and Weatherby. I think they are a good value.

keep the rear stock bolt tight, check it once a year. i have seen quite a few with cracked stocks where they meet the reciever.(mostly in older models) i think the wood was not dried properly and shrank. eastbank.

I have two field models both 505, in 20 and 28. My eldest likes to appropriate my 20 when he shoots sporting clays with me. Good guns, company in Omaha still imports them

Durable. Better than average trigger and wood. If you get a newer one, I doubt if you will ever were it out.
