SITES Spectre HC Pistol

I've been looking for info on the Italian made SITES M4/Spectre HC Pistol and have found only the most basic info such as the following.

I'm looking for manufacture dates, detail disassembly info, background on the manufacturer. (Who and what is SITES?) Any information you could give me or point me towards would be appreciated.

Thanks bud, but I've already GOT the gun, (picked it up for a LOT less than 1K too!) :D (traded a polytech M14s for it)

I'm just having a really hard time finding any info on the darned thing.

It was LNIB with sling, sight tool, mag charger and 1 30 round mag. I think I got a good deal on it.
