I was thinking of trying to use Simple Green (Full Strength) to clean my BP revolvers. It works so well as a de-greaser solvent on everything else, that I thought it might be good to use on the guns?
I am also going to use it on some high dollar airgun barrels to remove oil deposits from combustion following break-in.
I can't see any harmfull ingrediants listed on the label and I think that worst case scenerio, it wouldn't work as well as Windex... I was considering using the Simple Freen followed with a warm water rinse and then wipe all surfaces with CLP Break-Free to stop rust. Break-Free is an excellent rust proofer! It penetrates everywhere!
Has anyone got experience with Simple Green?
Thanks,
ZVP
