Silver Bear Ammo- contact info?

Who makes or distributes Silver Bear ammo? I would like to email them to ask if their ammo is considered +P+ by US standards.
I like the Makarov ammo they sell, but fear it may wear out my gun prematurely if it's too hot. I use the Wolff 19 pound spring in my Mak but I still can't understand how they can get the same velocity with a much larger bullet without upping chamber pressures.
I will admit I am uneducated in matters of ballistic science; perhaps a more knowledgable TFL member could enlighten me?

I really don't think SAAMI has a pressure bracket listed for +P+ pressures, but heck, I may be wrong.

As for my reasoning, if I do get a stiffer recoil spring, everything should be just peachy. Chamber pressure will be higher, but I'm positive it's still easily within the safe pressure-limits of this design. As long as the slide isn't beating the heck out of the frame from stiffer recoil (an aftermarket heavy recoil spring would prevent this), then there's really nothing to "wear out" at an accelerated rate.
