T TomADC New member Jan 22, 2013 #1 Who made the revolvers for Siles I think they were just importers?
T TomADC New member Jan 22, 2013 #2 BTW I've been over this thing with a magnifying glass and I don't see a makers mark anywhere just Siles N.Y. Looks and feels well made though.

D Doc Hoy New member Jan 23, 2013 #5 I have two Siles revolvers.... An 1858 is steel and an 1860 in steel. Both have a mark from ASP (The DDG, or is it DGG, I can never remember which, in a triangle.) under the loading lever. Both are top quality.

T TomADC New member Jan 23, 2013 #6 Doc I looked and nothing all I find is AD for a made date and the serial number in three places. Beats me but it sure does appear quality made.

D Doc Hoy New member Jan 23, 2013 #7 Tom, Sometimes ASP put an identifying mark on the grip frame under the grips. I have another 1858 which is marked in that way. Have to take it apart to find the mark. Tnx,
