what is your experience with SIGPRO? Good or bad? How it compares with SIG228/29/39? (I do not mind about CCW and Hi-caps)

Thank you in advance

I got mine in .357 Sig and I plan on getting the .40 barrell for it. I love this gun! I have fired 200 rounds through it so far and it has been flawless. It is a lot of fun to shoot too. It has some kick but it is manageable. BIG muzzle flash. I just really like it. The two grips that it comes with are nice but I only use the matte finish one. The other is just a little big for my hand.

Oops I almost forgot, It shoots POA for me. Great Accuracy!

I have a SIG-PRO in .40. Shoots fine for me, but does not like it when a friend of mine was limp wristing it. I have never had a jam on it till he shot it. There is significant kick though, not bad, but your arm starts to hurt after 200 rounds. It feeds all the ammo I've put through it, and kicks good with Car-bon, or Speer loads. Takedown takes some getting used too, you have to hold the slide in a specific position and it has a strong spring that fights you every step of the way.

I paid about 480 for mine, and I do like it. The Sig is good quality and you can sense it every time you fire. Unlike those Glocks which seem to be loose and rattle in your hand (Just annoying Glock owners, its fun they're so defensive)

Shot a friends .357sig SigPro and could not get over how lite it was. I think the fit and finish was that of my Sig 220. Would buy one if I had extra money.

Just as a matter of personal preference, I like the P series pistols better for a couple of reasons; they "feel" better in my hand, I prefer the disassembly procedure, and I like the ability to service/replace individual parts rather than the module concept used in the SigPro. It is a quality pistol however.
