Sights

Was interested in getting the Ghost ring set up for a g19. Front trijicon and black back. Does anybody have any experience with the ghost ring rears? Does it slow you down? How about those Hi'viz sights? They're pretty cheap in price but they look fragile. Tell me if I'm wrong.

I had Arotek put a set of their ghost ring sights on my G20 a few years ago. Nice concept, but workmanship was crap. Traded the gun soon after.
