Sights for my Kimber

I own a Kimber Classic Stainless equipped with OEM sights.

This weekend I shot the rear sight off. A retaining screw fell off. Since I need to get it smithed why not upgrade?

I use it for plinking, bullseye and PPC competition mostly out of doors and some indoors. OEM sights are hard to bring to bear on a target. I realise I can spend just about anything I want. I'm looking for something that will permit my skills to advance past where they are now. I can get the gold plated sights once I achieve a high level of skill.

Thoughts and opinions are welcome.
 
Waitone, I had the same trouble with my Kimber polymer. I just couldn't seem to get use to the standard black no outline sights. So I switched to there three dot sight system. All is well now, and it works great for me in competition.
