Sight rings for Picatinny rails?

I have some 1-inch Weaver high rings to mount a scope on a Picatinny rail.

(1) I'm not all that sure that the Weaver rings mount as securely as I would like and
(2) in any case, they aren't high enough for the scope to clear the top of the AR-15.

Is there a simple solution out there that will deal with both of these problems? Looking in the Midway catalogue, I see too many choices and none of them appear to address the Picatinny problem.

There is a differnece between Weaver standard rings and picatinny rail dimensions.
There are several choices for rings for the picatinny rail on an AR. You might try some of these:
Les Baer
Badger
Leupold Mark 4 rings
Valdada
GG&G
I think DPMS also lists some rings
