Sig226 in 40 S&W

I saw a .40 cal. 226 in a local store today. It fit my hand quite well; and with its blackened SS slide, it was very attractive.
Does anyone here own or have experience with this particular firearm? I'd like to hear comments regarding its accuracy and reliability. Thanks.
 
I've got one with .357 Sig and .40 barrels. While I prefer the .357, it's one of the most accurate .40s I've ever shot. It's never jammed, and has a nice double action pull. I think the P229 might be a better all-around gun (and it handles better for me), but you'll love the 226.
